Gamma Aerospace's machining capability boasts world-class power and capacity. We're accustomed to the complex geometries and compound contours which are standard for structural aerospace components. Our equipment is new, well-maintained, and stocked with the latest advancements necessary for high production rates and close tolerances. The array of 3, 4, and 5-axis mills boast a wide range of size capacities, including hogouts over 160" in length.

MACHINING DETAILS

— 3, 4, and 5-axis complex and contoured machining utilizing new, well-maintained CNC mills

— Latest-available technology including Renishaw probe readiness and pallet-changing on most equipment

— Tool Life Management program in place utilizing pre-setter, tool verification, balanced heat-shrink holders, and latest cutter designs and materials, allowing for increased tool life, better surface finish, closer tolerances, and faster metal removal rates

— Ample 5-axis alumnium size capacity with length over 160" on multiple machines

— Hard metal experience including inconel, A286, titanium, Aermet 100, 13-8, 17-4

— 4 and 5-axis manufacturing cell with 48 station programmable pallet changer and all necessary advancements for "lights-out" capability
